The following text sets out the terms regulating the use of the site www.gratitude.gr and the purchase of products via said website.
Please read carefully the following text, which describes, in addition to the terms of use, the cookies policy and the privacy policy before using the site. By using the site and placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and policies.
The terms and conditions herein may be amended to comply with and any changes in relevant legislation, so it is recommended that you read them regularly.
In order to carry out a transaction with our page, it is necessary to provide us with such personal information as is necessary to complete the transaction, such as your address, landline/mobile phone number, e-mail address, etc. We recommend that you create a personal user account on our site in order to have access to our comprehensive services.
The submitted data are processed according to the data protection policies, and are disclosed to third parties only to such extent that is necessary for the fulfilment of the terms of service, for the completion of transactions (e.g. name, address), in no case are they made public and may not be used by any third party (with the exception of what is provided by law to the competent authorities only).

Gratitude.gr uses cookies for the proper functioning of its services and pages. Our page is addressed to adults and does not transact with minors. Transactions are made by credit or debit card and by deposit to the company’s bank account (Piraeus Bank). Any use of our services and especially transactions by minors must always be done with the assistance of a guardian or other adult person.
As users, you accept and agree that you will make lawful and appropriate use of the website. Specifically, users agree, by way of example and not limitation, that

– You will not make available or promote content that contains malicious software or programs designed to interfere with, destroy, or disrupt the operation of the website.
-You will not prevent other users from using the page’s services. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by viruses or other malware etc. that may infect your device.
– You will not wilfully or unintentionally breach any applicable laws or statutory provisions.
– You will not engage in false or fraudulent ordering. In this case we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.
– Users guarantee that the contact details they provide us with, are complete and accurate and consent to us using them to contact them. Please note that if the information is incomplete we may not be able to process your order.
The use of the website is governed by the applicable Greek legislation on data transmission and in any case of violation of the Terms of Use of this website, Gratitude reserves the right to claim compensation for any positive and consequential damages. The competent courts are those of Athens, Greece. Any provision of the above terms that is contrary to the law shall automatically cease to be valid and is hereby revoked, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. This electronic document, the content of which you expressly declare that you have taken note of, by filling in the corresponding field, constitutes the entire agreement between Gratitude and the user/visitor/customer of its pages and services and is binding both for Gratitude as well as the user/visitor/customer. No modification of these terms will be taken into account and will not form part of this agreement unless it is expressed in writing and incorporated herein.
When you visit www.gratitude.gr or send e-mails, you are communicating with us electronically. As such, you accept Gratitude’s right to communicate with you electronically. This communication will take place via e-mails or by posting notices on our page.
For full access to all our services, you will be required to create a user account by submitting details in order to obtain an Access Code. The above information must always be true, accurate, valid and complete. These details are not disclosed to third parties. In the event that users become aware of any unauthorized use of their password, users must notify us immediately. Gratitude is not liable for any damage or loss that may arise from the unauthorized or illegal use of the Access Code by third parties, due to leakage or for any other reason and reserves the right to demand compensation from the user, should Gratitude suffers any kind of damage from the unauthorized or illegal use of the Access Code. Gratitude may at any time refuse to issue an Access Code or cancel an issued code or terminate the provision of services to the user and refuse any current or future use of the website in case of violation of the Terms of Use.
Users who do not wish to create a user account will be given the possibility to make purchases “as a visitor”.
All the content of the website including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, services and products provided are the intellectual property of Gratitude and are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. The names, images, logos and distinctive features representing Gratitude and/or its online store and/or third parties contracted with them, as well as their products or services, are exclusive trademarks and distinctive features of Gratitude and/or the above third parties and are protected by Greek, Community and international laws on trademarks and industrial and intellectual property and fair competition. Without prior approval from Gratitude, you agree not to display or otherwise use the above distinctive features.
The www.gratitude.gr website may contain links to other third party websites. Gratitude has no control over such sites, and is not responsible for the content, advertising, products or other materials available from such sites, and therefore will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such links.
Given the nature and volume of the world wide web, Gratitude is not liable under any circumstances, including negligence, for any damage suffered by the visitor/user/customer of the page, services, options and content of www.gratitude.gr which he/she undertakes on his/her own initiative.
The visitor/user/customer understands and accepts that he/she must evaluate and be responsible for any risk that may be involved in the use of any content. You acknowledge and expressly agree that Gratitude will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from statements or actions of any third party.
Gratitude does not warrant that the servers or emails sent to potential customers do not contain viruses or other harmful components. Gratitude.gr accepts no responsibility for any form of damage of any kind that may occur through the use of www.gratitude.gr
The prices of the products are clearly indicated on the website. All indicated prices apply, except in cases of obvious error. Although we take care that the prices are always accurate, however the possibility of errors cannot be excluded. If the advertised price of a product is unusually high or low in relation to its market value please contact us before placing your order. If an error is found in the price of a product you have already ordered, we will inform you immediately and you will be able to either reconfirm your order or request a refund in case your card has already been charged. Please note that we will not be obliged to send you any product at the incorrect price if the error is obvious, indisputable and reasonably identifiable.
Prices include VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated at the final stage of the order and are added to the final price of the products. The amount of shipping costs depends on the delivery area of the products (within or outside Attica/Greece).
After placing your order you will receive an automated e-mail which will indicate the details of your order. After the order has been processed by Gratitude’s online shopping department, you will receive the second and confirming e-mail with the products that will be shipped to you. From this point on the contract between us is concluded. There is no way to deactivate these updates, the sending of which, is a condition for the correct progress of your order. We invite you to ensure that these e-mails can reach you and to keep them throughout the duration of our transaction, until its completion.
The payment of your order can be made by:
-Credit/debit cards (accepted mastercard, visa)
-deposit in Gratitude’s bank account in Piraeus Bank (IBAN GR32 0171 6790 0066 7915 1636 165 with the name and number of the order).
-cash on delivery (+ extra charge according to the courier’s price list.
The credit/debit card details you submit when placing an order are subject to a validity check and approval by the respective issuer. If payment is not approved we are not obliged to proceed with the order.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return any product purchased or request a replacement in the event that the product is truly defective, by filling out the respective return form.
You may return the product of your purchase within a 14-day time frame. You will be charged with the shipping costs. Returns shall only be made via the courier company ACS. Should the received item be defective, Gratitude will replace the item at own cost.
In order for the return of an item to be accepted it must be in perfect condition (a prerequisite for replacement), exactly as you received it, with all its tags intact and within the initial packaging. Gratitude reserves the right to deny unauthorized returns, or returns that don’t conform with the instructions detailed herein. In the case of an unacceptable return (for example if the item has been used by the customer), the item will be returned and the customer will be charged with the shipping costs. Once the return is completed, you have the right to choose another product of equal or greater value or to request a refund to the bank account that you will indicate (via the contact form on the website). Refunds are processed within a period of 8-10 working days, after the item has been received by Gratitude. There may be a small charge when transferring money from one bank to another. The refund is always made at the purchase price of the product on the day of purchase.
In the event that a product appears available on our website but is, however, is out of stock, we reserve the right to inform you of similar products of equal or superior quality and value which you may order. In the event that you do not wish to proceed with any of the available products we will refund any amount you may have paid.
We reserve the right to refuse to process an order in the event of exceptional circumstances, despite the fact that we have already sent you an e-mail to confirm this. In this case we will refund any amount you may have paid.
We make every effort to ensure that the products are sent to you as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time is 4-5 working days for shipments within Attica and 5-10 working days for the rest of Greece. However, delays in product deliveries may occur, especially during holiday or sale periods, depending on the delivery area or due to extraordinary events.
If we are unable to deliver your order in person to you or the person designated by you, we will leave a note with the necessary information so that we can re-arrange delivery.
